Get either Bluestacks or the Here >> .
- Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the s folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using XMEye on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "XMEye"
- The search will reveal the XMEye app icon. Open, then click "Install".

Doesn’t connect to Cellular & LOW MEM errors

This app used to always connect over cellular about 3-months ago. That was around app v2.9.24 I think. Then the next few versions the app would rarely connect over AT&T LTE on an iPhone 6+ running iOS 12. Today 9/3 I upgraded the app to v2.9.27 but it wouldn’t connect over cellular. Eventually after closing & reopening the app a few times it finally connected and displayed a quad split w/video. Tried awhile later, and again it wouldn’t connect. Today 9/19 I upgraded to v2.9.28 but it still doesn’t reliably connect over cellular just like v2.9.27 but this app Pro v1.0 works. So I use this app Pro v1.0 which works perfectly over cellular... every time. But I’m not upgrading to v2.0 until they sort this out. BTW both apps still throw MEMORY LOW errors occasion which go away after a refresh (down swipe) & reselecting the NVR, so that still needs to be fixed (doesn’t matter if I close all apps and reboot the phone, it still throws MEM LOW errors). So if you’re still on v2.9.24 or v2.9.25 and your cellular connection connects every time, you may want to hold off upgrading the app.
Good but needs improvement

The video is crystal clear with their he cameras. The motion notification does not identify which camera has motion activity. The banners on the iPhone are not true banners that stay on your notification page. Once you view the notification it permanently disappears. In a bit shell if you want to look at your cameras or know what your looking for this app works great but where it’s lacking is communication of events.
Can’t figure out how to get help.

I would rate this app similar to a lot of the others that are on here. Every time that I try to logon from the phone or my iPad it gives me a connection error. I can rarely actually look at the footage from a mobile device. I have no idea how to actually the company to get help with a problem. I wish I knew what app works with the cameras that I purchased before I purchase them or I never would’ve bought them. I’m hoping that by writing this review someone in their department will be able to me since I cannot find any information for them.
It’s ok but can be improved

Using this on my iPhone and iPad I find the time stamp is 13 hours ahead. Doesn’t appear to be a way to correct this on an iOS device. Also when using the app on my iPad Pro it causes the brightness setting to go full brightness. Otherwise does the job and video is good even in darkness
