Lost all connections

After the most recent update all of my connections have been removed, it won’t connect wirelessly or plugged in, I know my s it just keeps saying wireless connection is waiting then it says it failed. I’ve had this product for 1.5 years and it worked flawlessly until now.
Always Says Offline

It’s been over a year and no updates, constantly says offline, so I have to delete and start over again only to do it again a few times a month. It’s crazy that the last review was over a year ago... If this is so easy to plug and play, why am I unplugging and plugging back in monthly to connect.??? But when it does work it’s easy to use, you can hear well and talking is delayed but easy to navigate. The picture depends on your phone, but it’s clear, we use the WiFi vs hard wired and no on the USB card. But if you have a reason to use it. Over all 3 stars, but I’m thinking of going 2 stars as pretty soon, this will be thrown out and replaced with a better camera if nothing is done to improve the connectivity issue!

Seems like every other time you update this APP something else goes wrong! There were a couple updates in there that if you would have just left it alone it would have worked great. NOPE! You had to go and change it again. This last update is the straw that broke the camels back for me, I’m done! I’m going to start looking for a different camera and APP that actually works when you need it to. You guys need to be consistent with the way this thing is supposed to work. Because every update it changes almost everything around and you have to learn how to use it on your own all over again. Like I said, I’m done! Stick a fork in me! Moving on to hopefully a better system. Bye!

Easy to set up and connect. Very stable and reliable. I watched the hurricane remotely last fall until we lost power but then it popped back on by itself when power was restored. Great snapshot and movie features. Set up a 2nd camera but only wish it allowed you to set up separate access. Overall I have been very pleased.
