AOL mail update stinks!!!

I have had compve mail for many years. Never noticed any differences with the merge into the app. Loved getting email on my iPhone. Loved the the app mail app for many reasons. It was fabulous! The last update made it a real P.I.T.A.! Every time I turn around I have to again. I spend more time logging in than I do communicating! In the past, I logged on once and it was active till I logged off! I expect to be required to on device that is public, and love the auto log out on those devices. But my personal iPhone, with finger print to use it, I have no problems with others logging into my email. I don’t care a lot about others seeing my email, but I appreciate the auto locking features of public devices, but on a finger print locked device, why make it a mandatory feature? As a plea to the app, please either go back to what it was, or add an option to let the individual choose! As it is, I am going looking for an app that lets me stayed logged in!

When the second time had started the score was 0:1 over . I watched iit on a huge screen of the Marriott Marquis hanging over the Times Square. I went live on my Facebook to share podcast with my friends all over the world; cheering for our team to win. In a second i felt really connected to the world, while reporting, messages started coming into my eyes from everywhere. The Marquis wanted to know what room am i staying in, my friends wanted to show them my surroundings, that’s when my office had called asking when i return ; -“ it’s Friday, you know, everyone wants to go home!” Well, i wished a great weekend to my viewers, wrapped up and dove into the Subway. The 2 train got a reroute at the Chambers and went straight to Cortland. I got off, went straight and up to my office, wished a great weekend to my colleagues came down on the street and right there, standing beneath the great Father of the nation i got this message what i’ve wished for from “America On Line” - “We won!”...
Inability to leave sign in feature on.

1. Within the last month I have experienced issues which occurred the last time I was hacked. Same font and same window. Now each time I sign in it automatically signs me out if I leave it on it switch to another app on my iPhone or iPad. This makes me believe that someone else is using my s. And my other will not open either. I have attempted to the app but they only give assistance to paid . I have been a member since the beginning and as a retiree from the app/TW have never been forced to pay. 2. I have too much mail and would like to select mail and mass delete as I could if I had a computer. But I no longer have one. When I inquired about a change in the app I was told it can’t be done and to use a computer. Sorry I can’t give a better review at this time because I love the app. But I no longer feel safe or able to get assistance. Possibly you as the developer can do something and notify the app .
So Many Problems Lately

I’ve had the app for decades and everything was reliable up until the last 6-12 months. At some point the app mail within the general iOS email app would disappear, would have to reload ALL the old email once it finally managed to reconnect, and then would still be unreliable when sending as some things would seem to go but actually just be shoved into a drafts folder while others would go out via one of my non-the app s without me realizing what had happened. Did all the usual things to try and address the issue to no avail. Seemed to be something at the other end and not on these devices. So I turned to this the app app hoping I’d overcome some of these obstacles with the iOS general email app but this app is glitchy and unreliable with the issues others here have mentioned...having to log back in each time, etc. I really hope these issues are fixed. I’ve been very happy with the app and didn’t jump ship for things like gmail when many others did but I can’t imagine sticking around in the the app eco system much longer with it becoming as unreliable as it has lately. Really do hope these issues are fixed soon.
