Bad people in Business Class

I had to witness two men and two women that met in the Flight in business class that were drunk and the staff kept serving them wine until they fell asleep after 6-7 hours. I kept complaining about these people. They were dancing in the aisle. They exchanged seats. One women sat on the man’s lap and kept kissing him and they were fondling each other. I don’t think I should have to witness this behavior for 3/4 of the flight. They kept bumping into me and told me to be quiet when I complained. I think if this happened in economy it would have been stopped. I have a right to a peaceful flight. It would help if the staff stopped serving them wine when they KNEW the people were drunk. The people were SO drunk they fell asleep. I will think twice about paying more for business if this app will not quit serving obviously drunk people. I expect more from this app than this.
Why is this so BAD?!!

This has to be the worst airline app on the planet. And I should note that I ed this yesterday and haven’t even tried to use it at an airport for check in. This review is based purely on trying to select a seat. - Trying to complete a seat upgrade purchase is an infinity loop of frustration that continues to prompt you to “enter all information” even though you’ve entered ever piece of information possible. - Oh did you book a ticket but that section is full so you want to see seat availability in the main cabin? Good luck. That’s not an option. - Be prepared to get a warning that the app can’t find your reservation because your last name is different from what was used at booking....even when it’s literally the same spelling you booked with and what’s on the this app website itinerary. - Finally, WHYYYYY am I constantly being prompted to accept cookies within an app?!!! Dear gawd leave me alone.
Slow, convoluted, buggy , intrusive

The app is a drastic improvement over the web site ( i could not even checkin on this app web site from my ipad), BUT the app is slow , it has counter intuitive interface , it could not scan my new biometric port (US) , it still display status of the flight that completed yesterday ( no way to delete it ) , while I have difficulty adding two consequitive flights . There is also excessive and completely unnecessary amount of security checks , this is just an airline , not a freaking bank. Overall idea of the app is excelent , but the interface is convoluted , counterintuitive and buggy. Just discovered that they want to collect my personal information just to submit this review , when submitting from within the application , i am going to submit through app store and give it a one star just for that ( instead of 3 i intended originally )
Terrible Layout

The European and Asian carriers need to seriously look at Delta, Alaska and probably any other major US airline and get their mobile OS developers to work on their apps. For a major European airline this is pathetic. Initially I couldn’t check in for my flight. Apparently my port information didn’t go through properly. It didn’t tell me my information was incorrect; I just got an error that said I couldn’t check in. Very frustrating. I went in circles until I figured out my port info needed to be scanned in. Still, once everything was in the app is clunky and doesn’t flow at all. For westerners that like to use their phones to check in for their flight and scan your phone at the gate, I don’t recommend. Plan on spending a lot of frustrating time figuring out what you need to enter to get it to work right.
